STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Welcome to Takini School,
All forms must be completed and required documents submitted in order for students to be enrolled for the 2025–2026 School Year. The student enrollment application provides the necessary information for registering your student(s). If a student is transferring from another school, transfer information must be provided before enrollment can be finalized. All students are required to be up to date on immunizations. New students must provide copies of their Tribal Enrollment and Birth Certificates. If the student is not an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe, enrollment verification for the parent(s) must also be provided.

Child Find
The purpose of Child Find is to identify, locate, and evaluate children and youth, birth to 21, who are suspected of, or have a disability or developmental delay. Takini School serves children ages 5-21 with identified special education needs.
