New Hire Requirements
Information Management and Technology (IMT) Awareness Training - All new employees, contractors, or others requiring network access to the DOI, must complete all modules in this course.

Go to the eDOIU website.

On the eDOIU login page, scroll down and select the “Create new account” button on the right.

Carefully read the Keys for Success.

Complete all required fields on the New Account page, check the Security Challenge box, and complete the verification.

Click the “Request account” button at the bottom of the page.

Once your account is approved, log in to eDOIU.

On the eDOIU homepage, look for the courses in the featured learning block at the top of the homepage or click “Search Catalog” in the menu bar at the top and select “Courses” from the dropdown menu to search for a course.

On the course page, select the “Enroll” button.

After you complete the course, you must send a copy of your course completion certificate to your supervisor or Human Resources hiring manager. Please save a copy of your completion certificate for your records.
IMPORTANT FOR IMT AWARENESS TRAINING ONLY: Once you have access to DOI Talent, new staff must find the IMT Awareness course in the “Current Learning” section of the homepage and follow the directions in the New Employee section of the course.
